Hanya Andrade is a Jiu Jitsu purple belt who trained at the Gracie Barra gym in Rio de Janeiro before becoming a teacher and instructor at the Gracie Barra academy in Rio. She has also trained at the academies of Rogerio Conde e Capoeira and Mitsuyo Maia. Hanya is very accomplished in the sport of Jiu Jitsu and she has won the black belt at her first attempt. This was at the age of 17.

The second half of Hanya’s background is made interesting by the fact that she studied the ancient wrestling art of Aby dance situs judi online24jam. She started learning Aby Dance after her marriage to Carlos de Assun. Hanya studied at the University of Lisbon for two years under the tutelage of Joao Carvalho, who is a pioneer in the field of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Hanya graduated from the University of Lisbon with a degree in Aby dance and she was then admitted in the faculty of the law school of the University of Natal. After she graduated, she went on to teach at the University of Natal, the Catholic University of Brazil and at the Technical University of Lisbon.

Hanya became interested in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, when she took up a teaching job at the Natal University’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy. She also took up studies of Aikido at the University of Lisbon. Hanya studied Aikido, Greco-Roman style, and various other forms of martial arts. Her background in wrestling provides her an understanding of the precerebral cortex which is where a bout can be won or lost depending on the strength of the muscles surrounding the opponent and the degree of vulnerability of the spinal cord to the spinal trauma.

Hanya learned the technique known as Uchi-Spar while she worked with fellow Brazilian Jiu Jitsu student Thalesio Costello at the Natal University. This technique was later named “Baguazhang Kung Fu”. The technique involves a series of motions that work together in order to create an attack, defend, and escape from a combat situation. The first motion that Hanya learns is named “Pura Link”. She performs this combination of movements to quickly confuse and throw her assailant out of balance.

Hanya’s next Baguazhang technique is named “Uchi-sabera” or “eight limbs claw”. In order to perform this technique, she uses her legs. She places her left leg in a high position and places her right leg in a low position. In a matter of seconds, Hanya gathers her left leg in a gripping position while her right leg is in a front leg position. After slamming her feet together, she does a series of motions that move her body into a figure eight with her left leg in front and her right leg behind her.

Another part of Hanya’s Baguazhang technique is called “kami juga tak”. This consists of Hanya placing her left hand in a palm upward position while her right hand is placed in a fist on the abdomen of her attacker. Hanya then strikes the person with her mitts using the momentum from her hips.

The most important Baguazhang technique named after Hanya is “sama sekali”. This is also known as “eight limbs claw” or “four limbs pole dance”. “Sama sekali” involves Hanya moving her arms up and down in an up and down motion with both arms going clockwise. This technique is commonly called “the wheel”. Hanya teaches this Baguazhang technique to new members of her class named “menarikit kaimek”, or “wheel bustard”.
